The purpose of this site is to provide community information for Lincoln County, Oregon and to provide members of the LCDA easy access to important information about the LCDA.
The LCDA represents most of the employees in the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office. Patrol Deputies, Corrections Deputies, Civil Deputies, Property Technicians, Animal Control & Shelter workers, and a number of other support staff make up the membership of the Association.
The purpose of the Association is to represent the employees in negotiating working conditions, pay, and benefits as a general rule. It also provides support to the individual member(s).
